What does a typical yacht charter come with?
Each booking comes with an experienced crew, safety gear, fuel, and basic beverages. While sunset trips may include gourmet appetizers and premium refreshments, business charters provide meeting facilities and specialized catering choices.
When should I make a reservation?
It's best to reserve your charter 2–3 weeks prior to your desired date, particularly in our busy season, which is May through September. Plan 4–6 weeks ahead for corporate gatherings and personal events to ensure better options and customization opportunities.
What occurs if the weather is unfavorable?
Our chief concern is your safety. Should our captain determine the weather conditions are not safe, we'll either reschedule your experience for another day or provide a complete refund. We're vigilant about tracking the weather and will inform you if any issues arise 24 hours before your departure.
Am I allowed to bring my own food and drinks?
Certainly, feel free to bring along your own snacks and drinks. Nevertheless, we also offer exceptional catering services with menus tailored to your taste. For safety, glass containers are not allowed on board.
Do your yachts cater to individuals with mobility issues?
We endeavor to accommodate each and every guest. Some yachts are more equipped for accessibility than others. For those with specific requirements, please reach out before booking to talk about those needs, and we'll suggest the most fitting yacht and set up any required adjustments.
What's the policy on cancellations?
If you cancel more than 72 hours in advance, you'll receive a full refund. Cancel between 24-72 hours beforehand, and you're eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure won't be refunded unless due to unsafe weather or mechanical setbacks on our end.
